This was one of the more difficult decisions we have had to make. On the one hand, it was nice to be able to use voice activation with the Klipsch x11i but then there was a bigger price to pay for this feature. There was also some question regarding the durability of these earphones. The design of the Klipsch x12i was more appealing, as was the value, but it was there was the occasional issue with the cable.
Finally, we decided that the Klipsch x12i was the better buy. The sound quality was outstanding as was the comfort and fit of the earpieces. Overall, we felt like we were getting a better deal.
