Pros:
- Amazing suction and works very well on pet hairs
- It doesn’t take long to charge the battery
- The bin is very easy to remove
Cons:
- It is too easy to open the bin by accident and all the dirt falls out.
Dyson V6 Animal
- Great for more delicate rugs and carpets
- Perfect suction over wooden floors
- Amazingly lightweight
Cons:
- It’s a shame the battery doesn’t last long.
The Final Verdict
It was a difficult decision because the cleaning abilities for the Dyson DC59 Animal and the Dyson V6 Animal were fantastic overall surface types, from top to bottom of our rooms. They were both easy to assemble and the docking stations gave us a nice place to store the vacuums.
The overall winner was the Dyson V6 Animal. There was a significant difference in price which made up for the lack of mini motorized brush. The biggest advantage was the weight and ease of use. That extra length made it even easier to reach higher places.
